  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Mahakal Stay is not directly responsible for refund decisions, as we only act as an intermediary between users and hotels.

4. Incorrect Bookings

  • Users are responsible for checking all booking details before confirming.
  • Refunds for incorrect bookings will depend on the hotel’s policy.
